to ensure quick processing.
All returned items require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

You will be issued an RA# along with a FREE pre-paid postage
label for sending back your cartridges. In order to process
your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to use
your FREE pre-paid mailing label.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and
be accompanied by invoice.
Our replacement/refund policy stipulates that returned product
must be received before replacement product can be shipped
or a refund/credit can be issued.
We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns.
